Lulu Guinness for Stratton powder compact with a lively repeated ‘LOVE YOU’ design in bright multicoloured lettering against glossy black. The gold-tone lid frames the cheerful typography beautifully, while the silver-tone reverse has a finely textured basket-weave finish. Marked ‘Lulu Guinness for Stratton’ to both the interior rim and base, this is a later collaboration piece, dating from the early 2000s.
Measuring approximately 7.5cm in diameter, the compact has a clear round mirror and clean white powder well, complete with its separate white mesh sifter and Lulu Guinness-branded white powder puff. The contrast between the warm gold-tone upper section and the silver-tone interior and base gives it a particularly smart, modern finish.
