Every vintage piece is individually checked and described, with any notable age-related wear clearly detailed and photographed. Orders are carefully packed and sent using tracked delivery, with international shipping available.
A particularly pretty Dubarry powder compact, with a clear bright blue enamel lid framed in silver-tone metal and centred with an applied flower basket. Red enamel blossoms, green leaves and small faceted decorative stones give the design its colourful mid-century character.
The square compact measures approximately 7 x 7 cm. Its reverse has a finely textured, engine-turned effect and is stamped DUBARRY, while the inner rim is marked “Made in England”. Inside are a mirror, powder well, original mesh sifter and cream-coloured powder puff. A separate black pouch is included.
In excellent vintage condition, with minimal wear commensurate with age. Please refer to the photographs, which form part of the condition description.
