Measuring approximately 7.5 cm diameter, the circular metal case has a patterned gold-tone finish. No maker’s mark has been identified, so it is offered as an unbranded English compact.
Inside are the original mirror, powder compartment and mesh sifter.
The compact is unused, with no evidence of powder having been placed in the compartment. There are minor marks from age and storage to the case, but overall it has survived very well.
