Approximately 6 cm long, the ceramic plaque is decorated with pink flowers and gold detailing, providing the decorative centre of the piece.
Kigu designed the Lipmirror as a compact lipstick accessory, combining an integral mirror and lipstick holder within a small handbag-sized format.
The ceramic panel remains intact, the gold-tone metal is bright with light signs of previous handling, and the mirror is clear. The lipstick holder and folding mechanism also operate correctly.
The ceramic insert distinguishes this example from Kigu’s more usual patterned-metal Lipmirrors and gives a relatively small accessory a surprisingly detailed decorative finish.
