Vintage Royal Navy Powder Compact – Zenette England – 9cm – Military Sweetheart Compact

A striking vintage powder compact by Zenette, made in England, featuring a distinctive Royal Navy emblem to the lid. This beautifully designed piece has a rich engine-turned finish with flowing wave-like patterning, centred with a detailed enamelled anchor and crown motif with “Royal Navy” banner.

Dating to the mid-century period, this compact has a strong military connection and would have been a meaningful personal item, often referred to as a “sweetheart compact,” carried as a keepsake or gift linked to naval service.

The reverse features a finely textured engine-turned design, while inside the compact retains its original mirror, powder well, sifter, and puff. The interior is clean and presents well, with light age-related wear as expected. The compact closes securely.
