The ornate pattern has a beautiful tiled or mosaic-inspired appearance and is framed by a softly shaped gold-tone case. It measures approximately 4cm across and is marked Stratton, Made in England, on the textured reverse.
The case opens to reveal a white interior and closes with Stratton’s distinctive shaped clasp.
This is a pre-owned vintage piece with surface scratches and marks to the decorative panel, together with wear, scratches and some discolouration to the surrounding gold-tone finish. The white interior also has a few age-related marks. The hinge and clasp function as intended.
An attractive and unusual Stratton design, ideal for carrying tablets or adding to a collection of vintage vanity accessories.
