A beautiful vintage Stratton Lip View, finished in warm gold tone with an elegant engraved floral and striped design to the oval cover.
Designed as the perfect little handbag companion, the Lip View opens to reveal a lipstick holder beneath a generous 6 cm oval mirror, allowing lipstick to be applied and checked while out and about. The reverse carries the classic Stratton England – Reg. Design mark.
The Lip View itself presents beautifully, with a small mark to the front of the decorative cover, as shown in the photographs. The mirror remains lovely and clear.
It comes with its original Stratton Lip View presentation box, which is now very tatty and shows considerable age-related wear, but is wonderful to still have with the piece.
A charming and very feminine vintage vanity accessory, and a lovely addition to a Stratton or vintage handbag collection.
