A beautiful vintage Stratton Lipview compact mirror featuring a rich deep blue enamel front, decorated with a colourful central posy of flowers and ornate gold-tone detailing.
The clever Lipview design opens to reveal a mirror with an integral lipstick holder, allowing the mirror to stand upright while lipstick is applied. Made in England by Stratton.
This example is in lovely vintage condition, with the vibrant enamel design particularly well preserved. It retains its original rolled instruction leaflet within the lipstick holder, a lovely addition that is often missing. The mirror is clear and the hinge and mechanism function as intended.
