A vintage Stratton pill box, made in England and presented in its original Stratton box.
The compact 4.5 cm case has a bright silver-tone finish with finely engine-turned decoration to the lid and a central Stratton plaque.
Opening the box reveals an exceptionally complete interior retaining the original moulded insert and small scoop, together with the original printed instruction panel inside the lid. The survival of these small original components, together with the presentation box, makes this a particularly nice example.
Condition is excellent vintage overall. The silver-tone finish remains bright and attractive, with only very minor storage marks to the reverse as shown in the photographs. The hinge and clasp operate correctly.
