A lovely square Dubarry Vani-Jack loose powder compact, measuring approximately 7 cm across. Its silver-tone case is finished with an all-over wavy engine-turned pattern, set off by a small round enamel floral detail in blue, green, purple and yellow.
The exterior carries the DUBARRY mark, while inside there is a rectangular mirror and the original removable Vani-Jack loose powder box. This fitted component is engraved “VANI-JACK”, “LOOSE POWDER BOX” and “DUBARRY LONDON”.
This compact is well preserved, with light surface marks and age-related tarnish around parts of the inner rim and mirror surround. The mirror and interior retain a good reflective finish overall. Please refer to the photographs, which form part of the condition description.
