This is the Kigu Minerva, an unusual locket-style powder compact whose circular form and decorative appearance give it a very different character from Kigu’s more familiar handbag compacts.
Measuring approximately 7.5 cm diameter, it has that wonderful sense of something personal and precious — a vanity accessory designed with the appearance of a locket rather than simply a container for powder.
The interior remains clean and tidy. Around the exterior are small marks and some wear to the edges, visible in the photographs, but the Minerva retains all the character that makes this model so distinctive.
