Vintage Kigu of London Convertible Powder Compact – Brown Faux Snakeskin 7.5cm

A stylish vintage Kigu of London Convertible powder compact, featuring a wonderfully realistic brown faux snakeskin effect set within a polished gold-tone frame.

Measuring approximately 7.5 x 7.5cm, the square compact has an elegant mid-century design with the richly textured brown reptile-effect panel providing a lovely contrast against the bright gilt finish.

Inside is a large, clear mirror and the original Kigu Convertible powder fitting. Wonderfully, it retains its original printed Kigu Convertible insert and washable Kigu Plus sifter, designed to allow the compact to be used with either loose or solid powder.

The compact is in very good vintage condition, presenting beautifully with only light age-related wear consistent with its age. Please see the photographs for the full condition.
