A classic vintage Stratton Lipview, finished in gold tone with a beautifully textured geometric design to the front.
The oval cover features a finely lined background scattered with tiny dot detailing and a central diamond motif, framed by Stratton’s pretty shaped edging.
Opening the Lipview reveals the clever lipstick holder beneath a generous 6 cm oval mirror, designed to make applying or checking lipstick beautifully easy while out and about.
This is a genuine vintage example with visible signs of previous use, including wear and marks to the gold-tone finish. The mirror remains perfectly usable but does have some minor marks.
The hinge is also a little loose or ‘floppy’, so the mirror does not hold its position as firmly as it once would. It still opens and closes normally.
