French Ormolu Filigree Jewellery Casket: Bevelled Glass Lid, Trinket Box

A glamorous Belle Époque–to–early Art Deco vanity casket in bright gilt ormolu, formed in a rounded triangular outline with finely pierced floral and palmette friezes.

The thick bevelled glass lid sits in an engraved frame with a curled thumb‑tab, opening to a tidy gilt interior with original cushion.

Standing on four acanthus feet, this larger‑scale box sparkles on a dressing table and is perfect for displaying a favourite ring, brooch or keepsake.

Condition
