German Art Deco Camera Compact – Vintage Powder Compact with Manicure Set, Rare Collectable

A rare and exquisite Art Deco powder compact, made in Germany and styled as a miniature camera. Dating from the late 1920s to mid-1930s, this piece beautifully captures the glamour of the Art Deco and Egyptian Revival eras.

The front features a striking enamel scene with an elegant Egyptian lady and a snake to her left, set against a dramatic black, gold, and deep blue geometric background. The reverse is finished in a luxurious blood red marbled effect, making this compact a true statement piece for any vanity or collection.

This compact is in overall excellent vintage condition with only minor age-related wear. There are two small dents on the lipstick holder edge (see final photo for close-up), but these do not detract from the overall beauty or function of the piece. The mirror is clear, the enamel scene is vibrant, and all tools are intact and unused.
