Vintage 1950s Gold Tone Powder Compact: Courting Scene Silk Lid

A charming vintage powder compact measuring approximately 7cm in diameter.

The lid features a romantic courting scene in period dress, appearing to be a printed silk or fabric panel set directly into the gold tone frame. The reverse displays a classic engine-turned design.

The interior retains its original metal lined sifter and mirror. The maker is unmarked.
