An elegant vintage Stratton slimline powder compact complete with its original Stratton presentation box and black protective pouch. Made in England, this beautifully understated compact features a classic brushed gold tone finish with a delicate engraved starburst motif to the centre, giving it a refined and timeless mid-century look.

Inside, the compact remains beautifully complete and retains its original mirror instruction label, signed powder puff and original sifter. The slimline profile makes this an especially desirable Stratton design, created to slip neatly into an evening bag or handbag while still offering the quality and craftsmanship the company became famous for.

The reverse features an attractive geometric engine turned design, adding another lovely detail to this very collectable piece. Complete boxed examples with their original accessories are becoming increasingly difficult to find, particularly in such well-preserved condition.
